2)c) There were some long strings attaching items to the alligator activity center on the wall in the play room where it is accessible to children. The strings were long enough to be capable of forming a loop around a child's neck. The licensee would be able to supervise most of the time, but not all of the time as she would need to leave the room to use the restroom or help a child in the restroom. The licensee removed one string and shortened the other so it is not long enough to form a loop around a child's neck.
